What is the Fountain Life Center experience like?

Fountain Life is like a country club for precision diagnostics. Our center environments have been specifically designed to ensure you’ll feel valued, respected, safe and cared for. Your visit will be seamless and organized, with zero waiting at a front desk for your appointment or filling out redundant paperwork. We know you’re coming, when you’re arriving, and will welcome and guide you straight to where you need to go as soon as you walk in our doors.

Does Fountain Life cover my travel to and from one of their centers?

No. We have partnerships with travel agencies and offer group rates for hospitality, but you will need to budget for your own travel costs to and from your chosen Fountain Life center.

Can I pay my annual membership up front?

Yes! In fact, that’s the only way you can pay. Unlike other health insurance or plans, we don’t allow monthly payments due to the nature of our membership services.

Can I pay for Fountain Life’s membership with an HSA?

Maybe, depending on your HSA provider. You’ll need to check with your HSA provider directly.

Is Fountain Life HIPAA compliant?

Yes! Digital twin and health upload technology give our encryption the upper hand. Our IT department is staffed with HIPAA compliance experts, committed to keeping our systems, data, and hospital network secure long into the future.

What ongoing communication and support can I expect?

Our membership includes ongoing awareness and education about the latest advancements and resources, and unlimited access to your Fountain Life care team.

Where are Fountain Life Centers located?

We currently have open centers in Naples and Orlando, Florida, Westchester, New York, and Dallas, Texas, with more US and global locations coming soon.

How much does the Apex membership cost?

The cost of an Apex membership is $19,500.

Are Fountain Life’s services covered by health insurance?

Our private Fountain Health insurance plan covers our services and additional treatments. You’ll need to work directly with other insurance carriers to gain coverage and authorization for our services.

Does Fountain Life offer family membership plans or discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted membership plan rates for spouses. $19,500 for you, $17,500 for your spouse.
