A note from Dr. Dawn
After 25 years in conventional medicine, I came to a truth I couldn’t ignore: the system isn’t built for prevention, optimization, or helping people truly thrive. I knew my patients deserved more, more clarity, more vitality, more life.
Joining Fountain Life has allowed me to step fully into my purpose: delivering proactive, data-driven care that detects disease early, elevates healthspan, and empowers our Members to live vibrantly and intentionally. This is what medicine was always meant to be.
And during Heart Health Month, this mission is deeply personal. I lived with heart failure for years, received a heart transplant, and went on to run a marathon just one year later. Heart disease often whispers before it shouts, why early detection and precision diagnostics matter so deeply. Prevention is powerful. Resilience is real. And with the right tools and support, our hearts and our lives, can be stronger than we ever imagined.
Hearth health data
When was the last time you truly looked deep into your heart?

Most routine heart checkups focus on indirect markers - cholesterol, blood pressure, family history. But those numbers don’t actually show heart disease.
They can’t see plaque forming. They can’t detect soft plaque. And they often miss risk until symptoms appear. Which means many people are told they’re “healthy” while cardiovascular disease is quietly developing beneath the surface.
Fountain Life is guided by science and data insights from award-winning
AI-Guided Diagnostics that see what routine tests don’t: what’s actually happening inside your arteries.
Our data shows:
- 88% have plaque before symptoms
- 22.8% have soft plaque — invisible to calcium scans
- Metabolic health predicts risk better than cholesterol
Which means many are told they’re “healthy” while disease is forming.
We look deeper. We find what
others miss early, changing outcomes for our Members:
- 6% reverse plaque
- 26% stop progression
- Many reduce high-risk plaque in under two years
We see what’s really happening beneath the surface.
