Fountain Life has been named Longevity Clinic of the Year 2026 by the Roundtable of Longevity Clinics, marking its second consecutive year receiving the award.
The award was presented in conjunction with the Roundtable at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato, California.
Its longitudinal dataset includes more than 15 billion clinical data points from over 8,000 members and reports measurable outcomes: 88% of members show early coronary plaque signs with 26% halting progression and 6% regressing; 51% of members with prediabetes return to normal blood sugar in an average of 1.2 years and 64% of members with diabetes improve; follow-up MRI confirms resolution in 52% of fatty liver cases; nearly one in four members show accelerated brain aging at baseline with 46% improving on follow-up; and early cancer signals are identified in up to 3.4% of members.
Memberships combine AI-guided diagnostics, the Zori AI Medical Expert, restorative therapeutics and always-on care, with testing that can include full-body and brain MRI, coronary plaque analysis, whole genome sequencing, biological age profiling, more than 100 blood biomarkers, microbiome analysis, VO2 max testing and functional movement assessments, generating more than 150 GB of health data per member.
Fountain Life operates centers in New York, Naples, Orlando, Dallas and Houston, with locations in Los Angeles and Miami planned.
